Human Resources and Corporate Recruiting Internship

Description:
This unique Internship offers an intense training program that prepares college students for a professional career in the Human Resources field. EAS’s comprehensive training combined with hands on field experience improves resumes and dramatically increases confidence.

Responsibilities:
The position will manage office job postings at local universities, with the goal of cultivating an applicant pool for available positions. The Human Resources intern will also evaluate candidates through phone and email conversation, scheduling only qualified individuals for interviews. Responsibilities will also include creating and managing social media profiles for our company.

Requirements:
Applicants should possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential. Open-minded, enthusiastic individuals will thrive in this position. Skill working with social networking websites is preferred.

 

Investments/Financial Advisor Internship

Description:
This internship will give you a leg up to land a top position in the world of investment banking, private equity, securities and finance. This position is a part-time, one-semester internship, that may be completed for credit. EAS provides comprehensive training and hands on experience, preparing you for a leap into a career in finance. Interns can even get sponsored to gain an insurance license of their own.

Responsibilities:
Interns will learn about the world of finance and investing by networking with some of America’s top asset managers. They will market 401k plans and benefits programs either to, or with, financial advisors. Working with some of America’s top brokers and dealers, interns will make connections that can open doors into a lucrative career in the industry.

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for this position. Open-minded, enthusiastic individuals are excellent candidates. No licenses are required for this role.
